Embroidery is the traditional manufacturing method most representative of Remove Before Flight flame key rings. It’s ideal for projects with large lettering and simple, uncluttered logos.

Description
The Remove Before Flight embroidered flame key ring is the most representative and appreciated by our customers. On a pre-colored cotton/poly fabric, the desired motifs (text, logo and/or design…) are applied using a multi-head embroidery machine. These are embossed on the embroidered key ring, giving them both visual and tactile impact.
This manufacturing method is particularly popular in the aeronautical industry, and lends itself well to large lettering and simple, uncluttered logos. Details that are too small or too complex are not recommended, as they cannot be faithfully reproduced. In this case, it’s best to turn to woven key chains.
The basic version includes 5 embroidery thread colors from a color chart of over 350 different shades. Of course, it’s possible to go even further and opt for optional metallic, fluorescent, phosphorescent and even reflective threads (on request)!
